In the home pictured below, Vazquez Contracting removed the existing damaged wood shingles from the entire house and replaced with new clapboard siding.  In addition, new soffit, fascia and gutter were installed.

 

The house was completely repainted with contrasting colors to match the detailing on the new window trim, new deck, and  new soffit & fascia.

 

Key features of the projects included:

1. Replacing existing siding with new clapboard siding.
2. Installing new soffit and fascia at the eaves of the house.
3. Replacing all existing broken gutters with new.
4. Providing all new wooden trim around existing windows & doors. 
5. Removing existing deck and stairs in its entirety and rebuilding same.
6. Repainting the exterior of the home in its entirety.
